Hi! My name is Micah Roquiero and welcome to my website. I am a husband, father, grandfather, real estate specialist at Top Equity Realty, and a Television Personality at Utah's Real Estate Essentials on ABC4 Utah.
I spent most of my younger years growing up here in the Salt lake City metro area. From grade 3 all the way up to college, growing up in Utah offered me a unique and enriching experience shaped by the state's breathtaking natural beauty, vibrant communities, and rich cultural heritage. From exploring the awe-inspiring mountains and pristine lakes to embracing the warmth and friendliness of the local residents, Utah provided a nurturing environment for both adventure and personal growth, and with a strong sense of community, and a deep-rooted appreciation for family and tradition, it instilled in me a sense of belonging and a strong work ethic.
After college I decided to explore the states a bit and ended up back at my place of birth, Hawaii. Having spent the next 10 years years in Hawaii, I reconnected with my roots, embraced the aloha of the people and communities, the love and true meaning of ohana, and eventually meet and married my wife. We decided to relocated back to Utah in 2013. Having that love for communities and the people in them, it just made sense to get my real estate license and help build the communities I so love, and in the process enrich the lives of those living in them.

We currently live in West Jordan, an area just outside of Salt Lake City and about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. I want to share with you what a fabulous place this is, why I love it here, and to help people achieve generational wealth through real estate. Some of my hobbies include camping, fishing and getting together on the weekends with good friends for a night of karaoke singing!
