The site collects information only when you choose to provide it through a form or direct communication.
Contact / Start Your Plan
The contact form collects first name, last name, phone number, email address, real-estate interest, anticipated timeframe, preferred contact method, an optional message, and the page from which the request was submitted.
Seller, Buyer & Relocation Guides
Guide forms collect first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and timing information. The relocation form may also collect where you are moving from. These details are used to save the request, provide the requested guide, and respond about the related real-estate plan.
Other Direct Communications
If you call, text or email Micah, the information you voluntarily provide in that communication may be retained to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records.
Automatic, Technical & Analytics Information
The site and its hosting or security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, referring page, requested URL, and error or security logs.
The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic and interactions. Google may process information such as visited pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device characteristics, referral source, and engagement events. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and other user-provided form details are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
The website does not currently install Meta Pixel or advertising-tracking scripts.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested guides or resources;
- communicate about the real-estate need identified in a form;
- schedule conversations or showings when requested;
- maintain site functionality and diagnose errors;
- prevent spam, fraud or abuse;
- improve site operation; and
- maintain reasonable business records and satisfy applicable professional or legal obligations.
Submitting a form does not automatically enroll you in a general marketing-email list.
Lead Storage & Limited Sharing
Contact and guide submissions are stored in the site's private lead database. Resend, a transactional email provider, processes the submitted contact details and inquiry context needed to send a prompt lead notification to Micah. Resend is not used by this implementation to enroll form submitters in a general marketing list.
Personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with website hosting or service providers, providers needed to deliver requested functionality, legal or regulatory authorities when required, or professional parties involved in a real-estate transaction when specifically necessary and authorized. The site does not assume that a lead should be shared with a lender, vendor or advertiser simply because a form was submitted.
External Services & Links
The website uses or links to outside services including Google Analytics, Resend, YouTube, Facebook, UtahHousingMarket.com, SearchUtahHousingMarket.com, property-search or IDX services, and brokerage-related destinations. When you leave this website, the outside service's privacy policy, terms, cookies and data practices may apply.
The Search Homes experience is provided through the external property-search platform at SearchUtahHousingMarket.com. MR Utah Real Estate does not control the listing data, account functions, cookies or information you submit on that external website.
Data Retention & Security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. The appropriate period can depend on the nature of the request and the professional relationship.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, transmission or database can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Access, Correction, Deletion & Communication Requests
You may contact Micah to request access to information you submitted, ask for a correction, request deletion where reasonably applicable, or change a communication preference. These requests are considered in light of applicable law and any legitimate professional recordkeeping obligations.
